Every day, without ceremony, the sky forgives us. Whatever the day was — the noise, the hurry, the things that didn’t go right — there comes an hour when the light turns to honey and pours itself over all of it. Photographers call it the Golden Hour. I’ve come to think of it as the sky’s way of saying: you made it, look up, this is for you. These photographs are that hour, kept. The long light, the warm edges, the gold that arrives on schedule and still somehow feels like a gift every time. Hang one where the evening finds you.
